Mr. Pasquale has been admitted to the State and Federal Bars of New Jersey and New York for over twenty years.   Specializing in complex, large-scale commercial litigation and real estate disputes, he has appeared before and successfully handled hundreds of matters in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York; the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey; the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; federal, state and municipal regulatory agencies; as well as municipal courts, landlord-tenant, special civil part and small claims. His work has been featured in national publications such as Money Magazine, SuperLawyers Magazine, Men’s Health, as well as in columns in the New Jersey Star Ledger, NJBiz, the New Jersey Law Journal and on FOX News.  Mr. Pasquale is a current member of and was Chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Military Law Section (2009-2011).  He was also the recipient of the 2010 New Jersey Annual Distinguished Legislative Services Award, the 2013 Super Lawyers Pro Bono Award, the 2013 NJSBA Military Support Award and the 2014 New Jersey State Bar Pro Bono Award.
